ANN MILLER...  A native of Houston, Texas, Miss Miller moved to Hollywood when she was but 11 years of age.  She was first under contract to R.K.O. Radio Pictures.  Several movies later found Ann starring in films for Columbia Pictures.  One of those, REVEILLE WITH BEVERLY has become synonymous with the morale- boosting musicals produced during the war years.
It was onward and upward for our raven hair honoree when she was signed by M.G.M. to enhance its musical output.  Among her credits there were EASTER PARADE, ON THE TOWN, KISS ME KATE and HIT THE DECK.
Nearly three decades after she was last there in GEORGE WHITE'S SCANDALS OF 1939 (in which she danced to "The Mexiconga"), Ann returned to Broadway to star in MAME, and no one better embodies the traits of 'Mame Dennis' than Ann.
It was back to The Great White Way in 1979 starring with Mickey Rooney in SUGAR BABIES.  Burlesque and Broadway never had it so good!
Miss Miller's interests beyond show business include an avid belief in reincarnation. With regard to this, it is hoped Ann's talent and spirit will be with us forever!
